1. General

1.1 Please read these General Terms and Conditions (GTC) carefully before using our Casino Playbet website. By registering a player account at playbet-io.ca, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.2 The Terms and Conditions may be published in several languages. Only the English version is authoritative. In the event of deviations, the English version shall prevail.

1.3 The Website is operated by Bitx Operations N.V., registered under the laws of Curaçao.

1.4 The Player is solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws applicable to online gambling in his country of residence.

3. Who May Play

9. Exclusion of Liability

9.2 No liability for technical problems, incorrect credits or indirect damages. Players undertake to hold Playbet-io harmless.

9.3 Playbet.io makes the final decision on violations of the General Terms and Conditions.

10. Use of the Player Account

Only one account per player/IP/household/browser allowed.
Accounts must be maintained with current, correct data.
KYC checks (incl. video verification) may be requested at any time.
Multiple accounts or false information may lead to a ban and cancellation of winnings.

11. Anti-Fraud Policy

Strict zero tolerance for fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering or unauthorised strategies (e.g. low-risk roulette).
Playbet.io may block accounts, withhold winnings and inform authorities.
Deposits must be wagered at least once before withdrawals are made.

12. Deposits

Only allowed with own, registered means of payment.
Minimum amount: CAD20 or equivalent.
No transfers between player accounts.
Playbet.io may refuse deposits or block them in case of suspicion.

13. Payout Policy

No general withdrawal limit, except for discretionary instalments.
Identity verification (KYC) mandatory before withdrawal.
Withdrawals via the same method as deposits (exceptions possible).
Incorrect credits must be repaid.
Jackpot winnings are paid out in full.

14. Placing Bets/Stakes

Only possible online, no telephone or postal bets.
Bets placed are binding and can only be cancelled under certain conditions.

15. Inactive Accounts

After 12 months of inactivity: CAD 10 monthly administration fee until balance reaches CAD 0.

16. Limitation Period

Any claim or action relating to Playbet.io’s services must be brought within twelve (12) months of the date on which the claim or cause of action arose. Claims received after the expiry of this period are deemed to be time-barred and can no longer be asserted. This provision applies irrespective of whether the claims are contractual, statutory or otherwise.

17. Complaints

Complaints can only be submitted by the registered account holder. Playbet.io may request valid proof of identity in order to process a complaint. All complaints must be submitted through the official contact channels as stated on the Website. In the event of a dispute, the server logs and transaction records kept by the Casino shall prevail and be considered as definitive proof of the course of events.

18. Non-Transferability

Player accounts, balances, bonuses, loyalty points, rewards or any claims arising from the use of Playbet.io’s services are strictly personal and may not be transferred, sold, assigned or otherwise disclosed to any third party. Any attempt to transfer or assign will result in the immediate blocking of the account and the forfeiture of all credits or claims.

19. Arbitration and Jurisdiction

Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms and Conditions or the use of Playbet.io’s services shall be governed exclusively by the laws of Curaçao. The parties hereby irrevocably agree that the competent courts in Curaçao shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over all disputes. Should any provision of this clause be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
