Bonus Terms and Conditions

GENERAL
Each currency available on the Playbet io Casino Canada platform has a fixed, predefined equivalent value in relation to all other accepted currencies. This conversion applies to deposits, bet amounts and prize awards – unless expressly stated otherwise.
All times and dates of bonuses and promotions are shown in UTC by default. Only one bonus can be active per player at any one time. Bonuses that are linked to a deposit will not be combined.
When making the first qualifying deposit, the player can choose a welcome offer – either for the casino or for sports betting.
Each bonus is only available once per person, account, family, household, physical address, email address, IP address and per device (computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.).
The creation of multiple accounts (so-called duplicate accounts) will result in the immediate closure of all affected accounts, the confiscation of all winnings and the cancellation of active bonuses.
Registration must be done in person. It is strictly forbidden to allow third parties – including minors – to access or use an account.
In principle, all players can claim bonuses, unless country restrictions apply to the respective offer.
Any abuse of bonus offers is prohibited. In the event of suspicion or discovery, Playbet.io reserves the right to withdraw the entitlement to future bonuses, to cancel all winnings made with bonus money and to confiscate funds. This can be done both before and after a bet has been placed.
If a bonus is actively cancelled by the player, subsequent bonus components (e.g. series of free spins) will no longer be credited.
Playbet.io is authorised to revoke bonuses and any winnings from them at any time if they have been obtained fraudulently or if the bonus conditions have been breached.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. The original English version of the bonus terms and conditions shall always prevail. Translations into other languages are provided as a service; in the event of discrepancies, only the English version shall apply.
In the event of a dispute, Playbet.io’s decisions are final.
WAGERING REQUIREMENTS
All deposit bonuses are subject to minimum wagering requirements, including minimum deposit amount, maximum bonus amount, wagering requirements, maximum wagering allowed during the bonus period and validity period, unless otherwise stated.
The following applies as standard:
- Casino bonuses must be wagered 45 times before a withdrawal is possible.
- If the player requests a withdrawal before the wagering requirement has been reached, both the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
No deposit bonuses (including no deposit free spins or free bets) are limited to a maximum win of 50 USDT. The exact equivalent value is given in all supported currencies and cryptocurrencies:

The same limit also applies to sign-up bonuses in the form of free spins. The upper win limit remains in place even after the wagering requirements have been met.
For the welcome bonus (first deposit casino), a maximum payout of 5000 USDT or the specified equivalents in fiat and cryptocurrencies applies as standard.
Only one withdrawal from winnings from a no deposit bonus is possible per player.
No deposit bonuses as well as free spins or free bets without a deposit are also subject to the 45x wagering requirement.
Sticky bonus rule: Bonus money remains blocked until the wagering requirements have been met. Winnings can only then be paid out. Real money is used before bonus money. If the balance falls to ≤ 0.01 USDT (or the exact equivalent in all currencies), the bonus expires automatically.
All bonuses expire at the end of the bonus period if the conditions have not been fully met.
The player may cancel or decline bonuses at any time without wagering.
MAXIMUM BETS

- Other casino bonuses: Max. Bet 3 USDT, incl. bonus buy features and bets after the end of the round.
